about.
Carrie Dunlop’s passion is to create beautiful, sustainable, practical, calm and unique interiors. She has curated a team of the finest craftsmen to deliver her vision for both challenging renovation and new build projects. Over the past 30 years she has built-up her own archive of colour palettes, textiles, lighting strategies, timeless furniture and designs which she carefully blends to unlock the latent potential in the spaces she chooses to work on.
Carrie strongly believes in listening and collaborating with a client to understand their vision before setting off on the journey to create the environment that delivers for the long term – she wants her work to endure the ever-changing pace of interior aesthetics.
Carrie is heavily influenced by her travels, having lived in Africa, India, The Caribbean and France. She is constantly seeking-out and drawing inspiration from artisans from across the UK and around the world.
Her recent projects include Meadow in Stockbridge - a beautiful Georgian building she bought in 2022 which, after a complex renovation, opened in the Summer a year later. She teamed-up with Laura Reynolds and Kate Annis to produce a very special café offering an art gallery and a dynamic, welcoming home for events to lift the spirits of like-minded creative souls.
